The public form asks for a property address, including city and state, and your business email. Submitting it requests a public-record screen and an email reply.

Why we collect it

We use the details to confirm the city and property, perform the requested public-record check or market-availability check, reply by email, and keep the request organized if you continue.

Where it goes

After checking the form, our website sends only these fields through an encrypted connection to a system managed by Stormwater Returns. The website does not keep another copy or add the details to its activity records. If that system is unavailable, the form stops and tells you the request was not sent.

What stays out

Do not send a utility bill, account number, login, payment information, letter of authorization, filing, parcel evidence, or private property record through this form. Stormwater Returns does not sell or license contact details.

Retention and deletion

If the request does not become paid work, we delete the details after 12 months unless you ask us to keep the request active. If you receive an email from Stormwater Returns, reply to that message to request access, correction, or deletion. A law or signed agreement may require us to keep a limited record longer, and we will explain what we keep and why if that applies.
